Unfortunately once your order is processed you can’t make any changes to the shipping address. If you however notice the wrong address rather quickly you can always get in touch with our customer care team and they will see what they can do for you.
It depends on the shipping address. Domestic order will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Deliveries outside of the Netherlands can take up to 3-5 business days. Delivery details will be provided after packing your order.
Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium will be processed by PostNL. Orders to other countries will be processed by DPDD.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please print this return form, fill in the details of your return on your return form. And enclose it in the package together with the products you are returning.
The costs for returning your order can differ from the sending method you choose. Please return your package using a track and trace code. If anything happens with your package before it arrives at our wear-house you’ll need this code to research what happened.
Exchanges aren’t possible. The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your product and place a new order.
You will receive an e-mail if your return is not accepted. This means your return does not meet our requirements. If you receive an e-mail about this it means you will not receive a refund. Disagree? We strive to refund your payment within 14 days after receiving your return. However at peek times this can take a little longer. If you haven’t received your refund after 20 days please contact our customer care team.

Most of our products are produced in Portugal, some are made in China. We always make sure that the people manufacturing our products have good working conditions. In our product description you can find the details of where your product is made.
We strive for Equi to be as sustainable as possible. We’re not perfect yet, but do whatever we can to minimise our footprint on the environment. We do this by mainly producing with organic cotton. This means using 70% less water, no GMO’s and no use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides. That translates into no exposure for the farmers. Every product has a washing label attached on the inside. Please follow this carefully and give your clothes the TLC they deserve. That means no higher temperatures than 30 degrees celsius, washing inside out and careful with ironing. If you still don’t know what to do, you can always ask your mom.
